Booking questions
The price does not depend on the number of passengers on your journey, but on the size of the bus required. Only if you require a smaller or larger bus size with the change, will your offer price also change.
We will be happy to send you an updated offer for your change. Simply send an email to your personal contact from whom you received the offer.
We require the cancellation in writing by e-mail, please note whether you wish to cancel the entire booking or only individual journeys. Our cancellation conditions can be found in our General Terms and Conditions under point 7.9.
Yes, we hire out our coaches exclusively with first-class trained driving personnel.
Questions about the trip
You will automatically receive the driver number of your bus driver via your customer account before the journey. For changes to the journey time or the pick-up location, you can reach our control centre at short notice by calling 030 68389135.
The bus will arrive at your starting point at least 10 minutes before the specified departure time.
Questions after the ride
You will always receive your invoice by e-mail after the mileage.
If an advance payment has been agreed, you can instruct the bank transfer with the booking number as the reason for payment. If you need an advance invoice for this, we will be happy to send you a pro-forma invoice by email.
On your order confirmation, two accounts are noted in the footer, both of which you can use for your payment.
